The Three Flowers at the Crown are a Daoist image of perfected cultivation used in Investiture of the Gods to define Tongtian Jiaozhu. They describe attained spiritual condition rather than three detachable flowers worn as ordinary decoration.
Chapter 77 introduces Tongtian as founder of the Jie tradition, with the Five Energies returned to their origin and the Three Flowers gathered at the crown. The paired formulas present him as an immensely accomplished, enduring immortal before the confrontation over the Immortal-Slaying Formation.
The image places refinement at the highest point of the body and makes inner attainment visible in symbolic language. Artwork may suggest light, blossoms, or an aura, but the phrase does not fix botanical species, colors, or physical objects resting on his head.
