The Binding Immortal Rope is a restraining treasure belonging to Juliusun in Investiture of the Gods. It flies out to seize and bind an opponent, making an apparently simple length of rope more decisive than a prolonged contest of weapons.
In chapter 54, Tuxingsun uses the rope stolen from his master to capture Nezha and Huang Tianhua, and later binds Jiang Ziya. Attempts to cut it only tighten its grip; a talisman sent from Kunlun releases Jiang Ziya. The episode makes the rope’s origin and extraordinary restraint central to the danger facing Xiqi.
Juliusun remains its defining master, while Tuxingsun is its conspicuous battlefield user. The rope is a carried object, distinct from Tuxingsun’s ability to travel through the earth. That distinction separates the treasure that holds others fast from the skill that lets its bearer escape.
