Fire Spirit Sacred Mother is a disciple of Duobao Daoren and a formidable Jie Sect immortal in Investiture of the Gods. She descends from her mountain after Hu Lei is executed, treating his death as a grievance that must be answered. With three thousand fire-dragon soldiers she reaches the Zhou front and turns a personal act of vengeance into another clash between the immortal lineages behind the human war.
