Kong Xuan is a Shang general in Investiture of the Gods who blocks the Zhou army at Golden Rooster Ridge. His defining power is the Five-Colored Divine Light, which sweeps away opponents and seizes weapons and magic treasures within its radiance. The ability allows him to overcome a succession of Zhou warriors and resist attacks that ordinary battlefield tactics cannot answer.
Jiang Ziya’s forces send multiple champions against him, including Nezha, Huang Tianhua, and Yang Jian, but Kong Xuan repeatedly turns their attacks aside. Randeng Daoren also enters the struggle before the confrontation is finally resolved through the intervention of Zhunti Daoren.
When Kong Xuan’s original form is revealed, he is shown as a peacock. The Five-Colored Divine Light and the peacock form are therefore the central elements of his CG identity. No fixed weapon, armor design, or costume is assigned until the CG Visual Canon is approved.
