Bixiao is the most uncompromising and forceful of the Three Xiao Sisters. After Zhao Gongming’s death, she joins Qiongxiao in insisting on revenge. Even when facing figures such as Laozi and Yuanshi Tianzun, she shows almost no inclination to retreat.
The Most Defiant Sister
Before the Nine-Bends Yellow River Formation, Yunxiao already recognizes the danger of the situation. Bixiao argues that each tradition follows its own teaching and that there is no reason to be afraid.
This attitude makes her the sister with the sharpest sense of conflict.
Hunyuan Golden Dou
Bixiao directly uses the Hunyuan Golden Dou against Laozi. The treasure has already captured many Chan immortals within the formation, but Laozi takes it with the Wind-Fire Cushion.
Bixiao does not retreat even after losing the sisters’ most important treasure.
Flying Sword
After the formation is broken, Bixiao attacks Yuanshi Tianzun with a flying sword. The Three-Treasure Jade Ruyi knocks it down. Yuanshi then releases a treasure box that draws Bixiao and her bird into it; she is soon dissolved into blood within the box.
The Three Sisters in Battle
Bixiao fights beside Yunxiao and Qiongxiao, yet her actions remain distinct. Yunxiao hesitates before the conflict, Qiongxiao urges revenge, and Bixiao confronts the highest Chan and Daoist figures without retreating. Her use of the Hunyuan Golden Dou and her final sword attack carry that refusal through to her death.
