佘赛花，又称佘太君，是杨家将故事中的核心人物之一，也是杨继业之妻、杨延昭之母。她出身将门，自幼习武，善使长兵器，年轻时便以武艺出众著称。与杨继业结为夫妻后，她随杨家征战，成为杨门女将中辈分最高、威望最重的人物。杨继业战死、杨家诸将相继征战沙场之后，佘赛花成为杨家的精神支柱，统领杨门上下，并培养和支持后辈继续保卫边疆。在“十二寡妇征西”等故事中，她虽已年迈，仍亲自披挂出征，率领穆桂英等杨门女将上阵杀敌。她的一生贯穿杨家数代，是杨家将忠勇传统的守护者，也是整个杨门故事中连接前后数代人物的核心。

She Saihua, also known as She Taijun, is one of the central figures in the stories of the Generals of the Yang Family. She is the wife of Yang Jiye and the mother of Yang Yanzhao. Born into a military family, she trained in martial arts from an early age and became known for her skill with weapons. After marrying Yang Jiye, she shared in the military tradition of the Yang family and became the senior and most respected matriarch of the Yang household. Following the death of Yang Jiye and the successive battles fought by later generations of the family, She Saihua became the spiritual pillar of the Yang clan, guiding and supporting its descendants in their defense of the frontier. In stories such as the campaign of the “Twelve Widows,” she takes up arms even in old age and leads the women of the Yang family, including Mu Guiying, into battle. Her life spans several generations of the Yang family, making her the guardian of its tradition of loyalty and courage and a central figure connecting successive generations of Yang warriors.
